Visit Whistler: Brewhouse

Finding ourselves shopping nearby, our family randomly decided to dine at the Brewhouse for dinner. Luckily we went when we did, as we were the last walk-ins the restaurant could seat for the next hour, and it turned out to be the most pleasant dining experience during our time in the city.

Garlic Butter Hot Sauce Chicken Wings

Kids Chicken Strips

Kids Mini Mac & Cheese

Salmon Chowder
Since I wasn't very hungry (and I was cold), I ordered the Salmon Chowder for dinner.

The chowder was so tasty and filling - with huge chunks of salmon, potatoes, and bacon, and flavors of lemon and dill in each spooful. The accompanying slice of toasted bread made it even more delightful.

My husband loved the chicken wings, and my kids enjoyed their meals.

Service at the Brewhouse was the best we experienced in any dining venue during our entire stay in Whistler.

Our server was prompt and friendly, always checking-in, making sure our drinks were refilled, and even giving us great tips about the food and things to do in the area.

We're glad we made the last-minute decision to dine at the Brewhouse!
