Cookie Dough Truffles

I love making truffles for the holidays.  They are just so indulgent!

I usually make OREO Truffles, but I decided to make some Cookie Dough Truffles.

I used the cookie dough recipe from these Cookie Dough Pretzel Bites, rolled the dough into balls (about 2 tsp worth of dough), dipped the balls in melted chocolate (I used 1 cup chocolate chips + 1 tsp shortening), and sprinkled crushed OREOs on top.

Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes before serving.

YUM!
