Visit Spokane: The Dam Bar & Grill

Located in the Red Lion Hotel at the Park is The Dam Bar & Grill, where the food is "Dam" good (I couldn't help myself).

Portobello Fries
Western Buffalo Burger with Sweet Potato Fries
Turkey Club Wrap with Black and Tan Onion Rings
Kids Grilled Cheese and French Fries
Kids Chicken Strips and French Fries

Kids Macaroni & Cheese

The Portobello Fries were amazing!  I could've eaten them as my meal.  The Tempura-Fried Mushrooms, which were tossed in Parmesan, Red Pepper Flakes, and Truffle Oil, were served with a Spicy Aioli.  They were hearty, perfectly-cooked, and absolutely delicious!

I ordered the Turkey Club Wrap with Onion Rings for lunch.  The wrap was stuffed with Turkey, Bacon, Swiss Cheese, Avocado, Tomato, and Lettuce.  I could only eat a couple of bites since I was stuffed from the Portobello Fries, but it was a great wrap.  The Onion Rings were really good as well.

My husband enjoyed the Buffalo Burger, which consisted of a 1/2 lb Patty, Chipotle Mayo, Caramelized Apple, Pepper Bacon and Pepperjack Cheese.

Kids meals are just $5.95 each and include a drink.

Our server was very friendly and accommodating (my oldest son had asked for Mac & Cheese with French Fries even though the meal didn't come with Fries, and our server made sure to give him a plate of Fries even though we told him his brothers would share Fries with him), and although he did forget to put in the order of Portobello Fries, and it seemed like we were often looking for him to refill drinks or ask for our check (it may have been because they were short-handed), the food was really great, and I would not hesitate to dine there again - especially for the Portobello Fries - they were just so "Dam" good!
