Visit Polson: The Cove Deli & Pizza

The Cove Deli & Pizza was a family-friendly spot recommended by someone at the hotel we were staying at in Polson, so we decided to check it out.

Kids Seaweed (PB&J)

Kids Chicken Nuggets

The Roast

Kids Mac and Cheese
The person who recommended the Cove advised that we should get a sandwich versus a pizza, so my husband and I shared The Roast, which consisted of Slow Roasted Pulled Pork, Chipotle BBQ Sauce, Cheddar Cheese, and a Homemade JalapeƱo Slaw.  It was not too spicy, but it did taste good.  It was very reminiscent of Kalua Pork - the pork was very flavorful, and I loved the crunchiness from the Jalapeno Slaw.

The Goonies Menu for kids come with a snack (pack of Goldfish) and a drink of choice for just $5.50.  The entrees are listed as fun names, such as Captain Malden for the Mac and Cheese Pizza; Lil' Buccaneer for Cheese Pizza (not sure why the PB&J is called Seaweed), and a fun activity card is included with the meal.

There are a few arcade games in the restaurant to keep the kids busy.

Prices are reasonable, and it was a nice spot to grab a quick, casual dinner.
