Oreo Cookie Pudding Pops

Summer may be over but there is never a wrong time for popsicles. I have another kid friendly recipe for your kids to make.

Since my kids are off this week, they wanted to make something cold and refreshing. We decided to make Oreo Cookie Pudding Pops. It turned out just heavenly. It is so yummy and satisfying.

It is super easy to make. You can also make it with chocolate pudding as well. It's great for parties or just an everyday snack.

Ingredients:
• 1 pkg (3.4 oz) JELL-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
• 2 cups milk
• 6 Oreo cookies
• 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
• Popsicle mold or plastic cups
• Chopsticks or wooden sticks

Mix vanilla pudding and milk in a medium bowl for 2 minutes.

Crush Oreo cookies in a ziploc bag. Add crushed cookies and cool whip to pudding mixture. Stir until well blended.

Spoon pudding mixture in popsicle mold or plastic cups. Insert wooden stick in each cup. (I used both popsicle mold and plastic cups). Freeze for 4-5 hours. Enjoy!
