Hawaii Five-0 Sunset on the Beach Season 6 Red Carpet

Nadia and I were fortunate to once again cover the red carpet for Hawaii Five-0's Sunset on the Beach for Season 6's premiere.

Thankfully, the weather cooperated, and despite being a little hot and humid, we welcomed the slight breezes, and luckily there was no rain.

Beautiful sunset!
Although we were at the end of the red carpet and we didn't get to interview as many of the stars as last year, we still had a great time.

And we're also thankful to Melissa and Amanda from Frolic, who were right next to us and let us team up with them for interviews and photos.

The stars were excited for the new season, and it was just so awesome to see so many dedicated fans - many of whom flew in just for the event!

And speaking of fans, the stars really love the fans.  Dennis Chun is one of the celebs who'll visit the beach mid-day, hours before the event starts, to thank the fans who stake out a spot from the night before; Ian Anthony Dale will take as much time as he can to sign autographs and take photos with fans; Alex O'Loughlin will frequently stop to take selfies with a fan's smartphone.

The season 6 premiere episode will air on CBS on September 25, but fans lucky enough to catch it at Sunset on the Beach were rewarded with an intense, cliff-hanging episode (as well as a special live performance by John Ondrasik of Five For Fighting).

It was a great night to celebrate Hawaii Five-0's sixth season!

Below is an interview I recorded between Amanda from Frolic and Ian Anthony Dale. Nadia and I didn't get a chance to ask him a question because all of time constraints, but we did get to take a photo with him!
