Via Gelato

It's been over a year since I visited Via Gelato, and I was eager to see what flavors were available during our recent visit.

I already see what flavor I'm getting!

Salted Caramel + Fudge and Haupia with Chocolate Covered Coconut
I love just about anything with Salted Caramel, so I got the Salted Caramel + Fudge and the Haupia with Chocolate Covered Coconut.  The Salted Caramel was simply delicious - and the Fudge ribbon made it that much more indulgent.  The Haupia was very good too, and the bits of Chocolate Covered Coconut gave it a nice texture and added flavor.

Kids sizes are available, and next time I'm just getting a kids size - the small size is actually quite a lot of gelato - I couldn't even finish it!

The employees at Via Gelato were super friendly and helpful.

I love the Salted Caramel + Fudge, but I also hope they'll have the Italian Christmas Cookie the next time I go to Via Gelato!
