A Day at Haleiwa Ali`i Beach Park

It's been a while since we last visited Haleiwa Ali`i Beach Park.

On our most recent visit, it was very cloudy and gloomy, and even started to rain.

Thankfully the clouds began to move away and the sun began to shine.

We saw a lot of turtles swimming around in the water!

There were a lot of surfers out that day, and my kids didn't go very deep in the water because of the conditions, but they sure had a lot of fun splashing around in the water, digging holes in the sand, and collecting shells (or things that looked like shells).

There are lots of parking spaces, as well as plenty of picnic benches and grassy areas to have a nice lunch.

Restrooms and showers are on site.
