Last month I met a friend for lunch at
Noboru Restaurant in Kailua.

Beef Teriyaki |
We both ordered 2-item Combination Lunches, which included rice, miso soup, and salad. We also both opted for Chicken Katsu as one of our items, and for the second choice I got Chicken Teriyaki, whereas my friend got the Beef Teriyaki.
The Chicken Katsu was very good, and I liked it a lot better than the Chicken Teriyaki, which seemed to be lacking a little flavor.
The portions are quite large, the prices are reasonable, and the service was great!
Noboru is a nice spot for Japanese food on the Windward side!
