Surfin' Salsa

If you are looking for fresh, delicious Mexican food, check out Surfin' Salsa - a food truck in Mililani (near Chevron).

There are some tables and chairs so you can dine next to the food truck, but my family ordered take out.

Everything is made fresh, so there was a bit of a wait for the food, but the staff gave us complimentary Chips & Salsa for us to munch on while we waited.

I had the Chimichanga, which was delicious. The chicken was seasoned well, and the chimichanga was nice and crispy on the outside.

My husband thought the Fajita Burrito was great - filled with chicken, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, beans, bell peppers and onions.

The quesadilla was more than enough for two of my kids to share.

Service was friendly, and Surfin' Salsa is a must-stop if you're in the area and craving delicious Mexican food.
