Jello Flavored Cookies Recipe

This past weekend I attended the 5th Annual Yelp Cookie Swap & Crafternoon Delight.  This year's event was held at the Conference Room at Ward Warehouse.  Yelpers from around the island came with their homemade cookies and got to sample each other's cookies and vote for their favorite cookie.  At the end of the event, Yelpers could take home a sample of each cookie.

Yelpers were also treated to free crafting stations sponsored by Ben Franklin, food samples from Shaloha and Uncle's Kitchen, and assorted bubble drinks from Mr. Tea Cafe.

My contribution was Jello Flavored Cookies.  I used strawberry and lime jello since it was a Christmas-themed event.

Click here to see the recipe I used.  Note: I deviated from the recipe by baking my cookies at 350 degrees for 12 minutes (400 degrees was too high).

If you want to take part in next year's event, join Yelp (if you haven't already) and keep your eye out for the announcement on their Events page.
