Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups

For a simple, yet delicious treat, I decided to make some cookie cups versus regular cookies.

I simply used a favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe, scooped tablespoonfuls into a mini muffin tin, and baked for approximately 11 minutes.

To make them even more indulgent, I filled some with Nutella...

and then made another batch filled with melted chocolate and sprinkled with peanut butter chips.
I simply used the back of a melon baller to make and indentation into each cookie cup, then filled each cookie with the desired filling.

You could also fill them with ice cream, like Nadia did (below PC Nadia).

Such a quick, easy, and versatile treat!
