Slow Cooker Chicken Nachos

I don't use my slow cooker as often as I should, but because I recently had all of the fixings for nachos except for a protein, I decided to cook some chicken in the slow cooker.
I simply took about 1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2 cups salsa, and 3 tablespoons of taco seasoning, and cooked on low for about 6 hours.

The end result was yummy chicken that was perfect for nachos (or to put in tacos, on tostadas, etc.).

One day soon I plan to make even more of this chicken so I can make freezer dinners - enchiladas, burritos, and more!
