Wally Amos' Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookie Recipe

Most of you are probably familiar with Famous Amos cookies.  These cookies have been around for decades.  Back when I was growing up, we used to be able to buy Famous Amos' freshly baked cookie bites at the mall.  The man behind Famous Amos cookies, Wally Amos, now goes by The Cookie Man, and is still making and selling cookies.  

I recently saw his recipe in Midweek and just had to try it.  It was really easy to make and the cookies were just as good as the cookies we bought from him 30 years ago!
