Visit Portland: Hopworks Urban Brewery (HUB)

While in Portland, our family met up with a dear friend and her daughter at Hopworks Urban Brewery (HUB).

Brewers Poutine

Pint O Pretzels
Pollo Rojo

Kids Pasta with Cheese Sauce

Bomber BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger

Kids Hot Dog

Spicy SW Quinoa Salad with Chicken

Kids Pizza Strips
The food was fantastic!

The poutine - was my favorite.  Organic fries were smothered in vegan gravy and topped with cheese curds.  YUM!

I ate so much poutine that I could barely finish my dinner, which was the Pollo Rojo.

The Pollo Rojo consisted of spicy fried chicken brushed with a sweet chili sauce.  It was a bit spicy, but it was nicely complemented with grilled pineapple and a sesame ginger carrot slaw.

Everyone else enjoyed their food, and the beer was good, according to my husband and friend.

I think it's great that there are 3 playspaces within HUB so when little kids get restless while waiting for dinner (or after eating), they can go and play.

HUB is a very family-friendly restaurant that offers great food and service.
