Easy Cheesy Onion Dip Recipe

If you're invited to a last-minute gathering, or unexpected guests drop by, this Easy Cheesy Onion Dip is a cinch to make.  It's very delicious, and very versatile (e.g. you can leave out the cheese and/or add some bacon bits).
Easy Cheesy Onion Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 c sour cream
  • 1 c cheddar cheese
Directions:
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Chill for an hour
  • Serve with your favorite crackers or chips
