Domo Café has opened their second Hawaii location in the former Kuru Kuru space at Pearl Kai shopping center. Although they are known for their sashimi grade fish featured in their sushi sets and rolls, they also offer non-fish bowls like teri chicken and sukiyaki beef as well as cooked fish so there is something for everyone.

The menu is pretty extensive, but I quickly decided on the Spicy Ahi Poke Bowl and it was delicious! Since our group dined during Domo Café’s Saturday free fish cutting demonstration, we lucked out and got treated to samples of the freshly cut ahi.

Great space for dining!

Service was great and I like that the restaurant is nice and bright. Another pro is that they take reservations! They are open daily from 10:30am to 8:30pm for dining and take out.
