Visit Maui: SixtyTwo MarcKet

I first went to SixtyTwo MarcKet two years ago, and I was excited to go back on our recent Maui trip, since I thought it was a really great brunch spot.

The menu changes every 62 days, and we brunched a week after the most recent menu change.

We started off with the Hearts of Palm and Mushroom Soup, which was fabulous.  It was creamy and comforting!

Corned Beef & Cabbage Potstickers
The Corned Beef & Cabbage Potstickers were unlike anything I've had before.  I really enjoyed it with the Honey Mustard Sauce.
Signature Short Rib Eggs Benedict
The Signature Short Rib Eggs Benedict is a must-order.  The Short Ribs were so tender, and I love that they use cornbread instead of English muffins!
Upcountry Lion's Mane Mushroom Philly "Steak" Sandwich
This sandwich incorporated grilled Lion's Mane Mushrooms vs beef, for a hearty, vegetarian twist on this beloved classic!
Fried Chicken Loco Moco with SPAM Fried Rice
My request was for the Fried Chicken Loco Moco, and I opted for SPAM Fried Rice.  The gravy was Japanese-style, and the fried chicken was ultra crispy, yet the meat so tender!  It was my favorite dish of brunch!  You must opt for the SPAM Fried Rice and make it extra indulgent!

Wailuku Town Stuffed Brioche French Toast

I'm #TeamSavory when it comes to brunch, but I ate an entire piece of the French Toast!  It was so yummy, with a creme brulee filling.  The Punaluu Sweet Bread was so soft!

SixtyTwo MarcKet is such a great spot for brunch!  It's always exciting to see what they have on the menu!
