Bo's Kitchen

I first wrote about Bo's Kitchen back in June (click here to read about our take-out experience). Since then I've dined in there twice and it has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants for Chinese food. The menu is not as big as your usual Chinese restaurant, but the dishes that they do offer are executed well.

Here are some of my favorite dishes from Bo's Kitchen

House Won Tons

Garlic Chicken with Toss Noodles

Beef Chow Fun

Hainan Chicken Rice

Green Onion Pancake with House Sauce

The chow fun is my absolute favorite dish here. The noodles are always cooked perfectly and do not stick together and are never mushy.  They add a lot of flavoring, so you don't need to add anything like shoyu to this dish. The wontons are amazing and one of their specialties, therefore you must order either the wontons or other dumpling dishes (they have spicy, house pork, and a few other variations).

There is customer parking in the small lot on South Beretania Street, or behind the building (enter from Kinau Street).

Dine-in or take-out. Online ordering is available on their website.
