Visit Maui: Tin Roof Maui

Tin Roof Maui, named after the tin-roofed homes in Hilo where Chef / Owner Sheldon Simeon grew up, is a must-stop on Maui for delicious grab-and-go eats.

Mochiko Chicken

The Mochiko Chicken is one of their signature dishes.  The sweet, crispy fried chicken is topped with a su-miso sauce and gochujang aioli, along with a "dime bag" mix of mochi crunch and furikake.  It comes with rice, or you can get it with garlic noodles (for extra) like I did.

Fat Chow Funn

I tried the Fat Chow Funn for the first time, and it was so delish.  It reminded me of chow fun diners I'd eat at home, except these noodles were extra wide.
