Lunch at Halekulani's House Without A Key

Ahi Tataki - Sashimi grade ahi, shiso leaf, garlic tobiko aioli, lemon, chili garlic oil and ponzu sauce

It was so great to resume our family's tradition of staycationing at the Halekulani hotel for the Fourth of July celebration even without a firework show.  The hotel was busy for the holiday, but it was nice to see Waikiki buzzing again.  We ended the staycation on a high note with a delicious lunch at House Without A Key.

The open air restaurant has been redesigned with a new shaded outdoor bar and viewing kitchen, but you'll still get the same beautiful ocean and diamond head views.  The food is always great and you can expect excellent service at the restaurant.

Hibachi Chicken Breast -  8 oz. with light smoke and spices, toasted macadamia nut chimichurri, guava chili barbecue sauce

House Without A Key Ahi Shoyu Poke - Fresh ahi, Hawaiian sea salt, sweet onion, green onion, inamona, chili flakes, ogo and soy-sake sauce

Salmon Steak - with vine ripened tomatoes, shaved sweet onions, scallion oil, and quinoa salad

Halekulani Burger - House-made bun, 8 oz. all beef patty, lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, and American cheese

Halekulani Coconut Cake Anglaise and raspberry coulis

Lilikoi Key Lime Cheesecake with macadamia nut anglaise
