Beyond Boba Tea

The other day was National Boba Day so it got me looking into new boba shops around the Mililani area. My search turned up Beyond Boba Tea in Wahiawa which I had also seen popping up on my social media.

Beyond Boba Tea offers milk teas, signature drinks, smoothies, slushes, fruit teas, and lemonades.  They recently introduced a line of cold brew drinks.  All drinks can be customized and come in two sizes: regular 16oz and large 24oz.

As a coffee lover, I opted for the Hokkaido Tiger Coffee milk tea made with a blend of their Hokkaido and Coffee milk tea with creamy tiger walls, brown sugar boba, and Dalgona whipped coffee.  The milk tea was the creamiest I have had and the boba were perfectly sweet and chewy.

My son was going to get the Brown Sugar Milk Tea until I pointed out the bubble waffles and bubble bites.  He quickly changed his mind to the Cookie Monsta Bubble Waffle that is made with real oreo waffle batter and topped with loads of whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and oreo crumble. Apparently we were going for super sweet because we also added a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The bubble waffle itself was delicious! The bite sized pieces were warm and crispy. Next time, I might just order the bubble waffle plain to go with my boba drink!

Beyond Boba is open daily from 11am to 6:30pm.
