Press Release: Introducing Coffee Service at Doraku Sushi + New Min Sunday Brunch at Bluetree Cafe

Matcha Waffle and Maple French Toast

French Press and Affogato Coffee Service are now being served daily at Doraku Sushi in Kakaʻako. Guests will enjoy the tableside coffee service, which features the Aoki Signature blend coffee from sister restaurant, Bluetree Café Kapiolani, or can pour the coffee over a scoop of green tea ice cream, whipped cream, and nutmeg. The price is $8 for the 400 mL French Press Coffee Service and $12 for Affogato Service. 

The new Mini Sunday Brunch is now available every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m at Bluetree Café Kapiolani. Options include the Half Namaste Curry Wrap (made with tofu “mock chicken”), Matcha Waffle (coconut oil, coconut milk, flour, and matcha), Mini Quiche (egg and roasted vegetables), and Maple French Toast (with nutmeg, amaretto, and cinnamon) for $20. Mimosas infused with fresh-pressed juices are a $5 add-on, with flavors such as Pineapple, Mango, Strawberry, or Blueberry. Both dine-in and outdoor lanai seating are available.
