Cream Horns from Little Delight Bites

My friend brought cream horns from Little Delight Bites to a tea party and they were a hit!  Little Delight Bites is a local baker in Honolulu and you can order her yummy creations through her IG account.

Her cream horns aka as unihorns are made of hand rolled puff pastry and drizzled with chocolate and dusted with powder sugar.  They are filled with a light custard and swirls of pink and blue whipped cream.  Other flavors available are ube and matcha.

The unihorn filling is not too sweet or heavy.  It really is delightful! The puff pastry also has a very nice texture. It's not too flaky so that when you bite into it, it has enough density that it holds the cream well.  In addition to the unihorns, there are also mini cheesecakes and poi bites on the menu.  Check out her IG @littledelightbites for more information.
