Visit Hilo: Yoon's Kitchen

Chef Mark Pomaski of Moon & Turtle had mentioned how much he loves the food at Yoon's Kitchen, so I had to give it a try.

Fried Seasoned Chicken

Mandu

Japchae
Yoon's is now my fave Korean spot in Hilo!

Everything was so delish - the Seasoned Chicken (mild) so crunchy and flavorful (I ate all the leftovers, and it was still crunchy the next day!), the Mandu perfectly crispy, and the Japchae just so tasty!  I especially loved all the mushrooms and onions mixed in.  Even the banchan (daikon and kimchee - the kimchee had a nice kick to it) was really good.

Everything was seasoned well, and I'm already looking forward to returning.
