Teaspoon Serving Bingsu inside Spoon Korean Kitchen

The injeolmi has red bean and mochi.

Before school started, I took the kids for some bingsu (Korean shave ice) from Teaspoon, a Korean dessert shop inside Spoon Korean Kitchen located in Ewa Beach.

In addition to the bingsu, Teaspoon also offers their "Sparkling Ade" - sparkling water with a variety of homemade syrups and lattes made with only milk and no coffee.

The mango bingsu looked amazing, but we opted for the Injeolmi and Oreo bingsu.  The bingsu are $10.95 each, but the serving is huge. My daughter and I finished off the Injeolmi, but my son only ate half of the oreo.  The oreo was good, but not as refreshing as I would expect a fruit flavored shave ice.  Both shave ice were served with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.

They are open from 11am to 8pm, Mondays thru Saturdays and closed on Sundays.
