These Stuffed Cookies

As I was walking through Pearlridge Center one day, I came across a kiosk for These Stuffed Cookies.  I literally had my hands full, so I was unable to purchase anything, and I vowed to go back a few days later so I could buy some of the enormous cookies.


There are so many delectable flavors to choose from, all huge and stuffed with candies, cookies, cheesecake, mochi, and more (there are even un-stuffed cookies, and they are still huge!).

I opted for the following:
Fruity Pebble Cheesecake

OREO & Brownie

Brownie & PB Cup


One cookie is probably way too big for most people to finish at one time, so I would recommend cutting them at least in half.  

Huge chunks of brownies and cookies and candies were found in the middle of these tasty cookies.  The combos were just perfect!  If you love peanut butter cups as much as I do, go for the Brownie & PB Cup cookie.

I can't wait to try out more varieties!
