Opala Foods Daytrippers Mushrooms Jerky

 I'm always on the search for snacks, especially locally-made ones.  When I came across Opala Foods' Day Trippers Mushroom Jerky, I was intrigued!


They offer two flavors - Korean Sweet Heat and Guava Street Mesquite, both of which I ordered.

I must say - with the word "jerky" in mind, I was expecting to bite into something really chewy, with substance (like beef jerky), but the jerky was really easy to bite into.

I liked the flavors, with the Korean Sweet Heat being my favorite, since I love spicy.  

This is a nice substitute for those who don't eat any or a lot of beef.
