Corned Beef Hash Patties

I love Corned Beef Hash Patties, but last week was the first time I made them for my kids!

They are really simple to make, and it's a fave for breakfast, especially with eggs (I personally like my hash smothered in gravy).

Corned Beef Hash Patties

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 large round onion, chopped
  • 1 can (12 oz) corned beef
  • 2 large cooked, peeled, mashed russet potatoes
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the corned beef, potatoes, onions, egg, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape into patties and pan fry until browned on both sides.

  1. Does the egg get mixed in with the other ingredients or is that fried for on the side?

    1. Thanks for catching that! It's mixed in (but you can fry an extra on the side!).
