Fudgy Brownies

I have a go-to one-bowl brownie recipe that I love to make.  It's super quick and easy!  But I decided to look for a new recipe, one for really fudgy brownies.

I think I found it!

I did have to make a couple of tweaks to the original recipe, but the end result was delicious, fudgy brownies!

I think it's my new go-to recipe!

Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 c butter
  • 2 c chocolate chips, divided
  • 2 c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 t pure vanilla extract
  • 1 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 c all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and 1/4 chocolate chips on high for 1 minute.  Stir until smooth.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Mix in cocoa powder, flour, and remaining chocolate chips.
  • Spread evenly into prepared 9x13 pan.
  • Bake for 30-33 minutes.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars.
