Triple Chocolate Cookies


There's nothing like Triple Chocolate Cookies to make any day better.

If you love chocolate, you definitely must this recipe!



Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 2-1/2 sticks butter, softened
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 t vanilla
  • 2-1/4 c flour
  • 3/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1-1/2 t baking soda
  • 1-1/4 c chocolate chips
  • 1-1/4 c semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, chopped
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  • Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.  
  • Stir in flour mixture into sugar mixture and mix well.
  • Drop dough by the 2-tablespoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Let sit on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool.
