Lady M Cake's at Waikiki Tea House

When I went to Wasabi Bistro earlier this year, I met owner Kumi Iseki, who mentioned that she would be opening up the neighboring Waikiki Tea House and serving the ever-popular Lady M Cakes.

It was no surprise that Nadia was one of the first to set foot in the shop to try the Mille Crepes and other delights.

I, on the other hand, didn't try it until just recently.

The tiny shop's tantalizing display of cakes made me want to try every single one.

I ended up trying four:

Couronne de Chocolat

Citron Mille Crepes

Red Velvet Cake

Passion Cheesecake

I absolutely love cheesecake, and the Passion Cheesecake was just divine.  It had a slight tartness to it from the passion fruit, but it was rich and dense - just how I like my cheesecake.

The Citron Mille Crepes was light with a pleasant citrus flavor.

The Red Velvet Cake was moist and I loved the creamy frosting, and the Couronne de Chocolat was decadent.

Lady M Cake's at Waikiki Tea House will definitely satisfy any sweet tooth!
