Highway Inn at SALT at Our Kaka`ako

Last month I went to Highway Inn in Kaka`ako for breakfast with some out-of-town friends.

Cornbeef Hash

Kalua Pig Eggs Benedict with Red Dirt Gravy

Smoked Moco
I ordered the Smoked Moco.  I thought it was good, but I remember the fried rice being so much better the last time I visited.

One friend ate up the entire Eggs Benedict plate, but another friend didn't really care for his Hash.

Overall the service was good and I thought the food was too.
