Visit Denver: Residence Inn Denver Southwest / Lakewood

Our family loves Residence Inn by Marriott properties.  The large suites, complimentary hot breakfast, and Residence Inn Mix are just a few of the reasons why we often seek out a Residence Inn whenever we travel, and while in Denver, we stayed at the Residence Inn Denver Southwest / Lakewood.

Located just 10 miles southwest of Downtown Denver with easy access to Highway 285, the pet-friendly, 102-suite hotel offers guests the comfort and convenience of a "home away from home."

Our family of five stayed in a 2-Bedroom Suite, which gave us ample room to eat, sleep, and relax.

In the suite is a full kitchen, a dining table, a living room with a sofa bed, two separate bedrooms each with a bathroom, and even a fireplace!

There were 3 TVs, a large work desk, and plenty of charging stations for our tech.

Every morning we'd find a seat in the Residence Inn Denver Southwest / Lakewood's recently-refreshed, multi-functional community space, where we'd indulge in eggs, meats, cereals, yogurts, fruits, and waffles.

I think it's really great that the Residence Inn provides all sorts of toppings and ingredients so you can really customize your breakfast.

Top your waffle with chocolate chips and Nutella; make an egg and sausage English muffin sandwich; stir in brown sugar and coconut in your oatmeal - the possibilities are endless!

On select evenings, guests can enjoy complimentary sips and bites during the Residence Inn Mix.

On property is a small fitness center, a basketball court, and an indoor pool.

The Residence Inn Denver Southwest / Lakewood also offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, and an outdoor picnic / BBQ area.

The Residence Inn Denver Southwest / Lakewood was ideal for our family's stay in Denver!

I was offered a media rate for our stay.  Gratuities were paid on my own.
