RumFire Waikiki Beach 10-Year Anniversary VIP Event

Over the weekend I attended the RumFire Waikiki Beach 10-Year Anniversary VIP Event. RumFire is a great spot for Happy Hour (and if you love afternoon tea, definitely give their Spiked Tea Experience a try!).

During the event, guests were treated to a variety of bites, as well as cocktails provided by Veuve Clicquot, Real McCoy Rum, and Stella Artois.



Shrimp & Pork Lumpia, Spiced Vinegar & House Sweet Chili Sauce

Garlic Ribeye, Miso Gochujang, Brown Butter Kimchee, Garlic Confit & Sesame oil.

Wok Fried Miso Shishito Peppers, Onions, Bonito Flakes & Sesame Seeds

Spiced Chicken Taco, Citrus Jicama Slaw, Pico De Gallo, Queso Fresco & Avocado

Griddle Pork Taco, Pico De Gallo & Local Herbs

Braised Beef Loco Moco, Kim Chee Fried Rice & Quail Egg

Tikka Masala Shrimp Curry w/ Seasonal Vegetables, Scented Rice, Pappadum Chip

“Local Style” Ahi Sesame Poke, Ogo, Onions, Kukui Nut
It was a fun and lively event, with great food and drink!
