Monday Night is Steak Night at La Hiki Kitchen at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

Inside the A5 Wagyu Beef

Say goodbye to the Monday blues because it's steak night every Monday at La Hiki Kitchen!  My family was treated to a delicious steak dinner last night at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina signature restaurant.  Choose from an extensive meat menu which includes 12 oz Hand Cut Prime New York Strip, 27 oz Angus Beef Tomahawk Steak, 5 oz A5 Wagyu Beef as well as other cuts, pork, and chicken.  Keiki are also included in the action with a 3 course bundle including fresh fruit, an entree, and dessert.

Topping the yummy house bread with butter.

We started with a couple of cold appetizers.  Here is the Shrimp Salad "Cocktail"  These chilled prawns served with house-made cocktail sauce had a nice kick to it.

We all loved the Tuna Tartare - line caught ahi tuna with EVOO, capers, onions, and smashed avocado.

My husband indulged in the 5 oz A5 Wagyu Beef.
I had a bite and the meat just melted in my mouth!

My daughter, who loves steak, and I both opted for the Center Cut 8 oz Beef Fillet.  Cooked to perfection!  You have your choice of any 4 sauces to accompany your steak if you wish:  BĂ©arnaise Butter, Oxtail Demi Glace, Green Peppercorn Sauce, and Chimichurri

You must get the Truffle Fries!  The basket holds a generous amount.  Enough for the table to share

Kahumana Vegetable D’jour.  A fave! All veggies are locally sourced from the farms.

My son chose the Keiki Ramen for dinner.

The adults had absolutely no room for dessert, but the kids did!  They shared the vanilla ice cream sandwich that is included in the kids meal bundle.

Many thanks to the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina for hosting my family's Steak Night meal at La Hiki Kitchen.
