Izakaya Kei

It's been a couple of years since Izakaya Kei opened, but I finally got to try the place out!

Tori Karaage

Bacon Potato Saute

Spare-Rib Nikomi

Tori Zosui

Corn Shoyuyaki

Mentaiko Fries
The Spare-Rib Nikomi - tender pork spare ribs & eggplant simmered in a sweet soy sauce, was tasty.

The Bacon Potato Saute was one of my faves.  How can you go wrong with that combo, plus onions, tomatoes, and sour cream?

The Tori Zosui was yummy too - a big bowl of comfort food!

The Mentaiko Fries were so good!  My kids couldn't stop eating these fries, which were sprinkled with a spicy cod roe salt (the fries were actually not very spicy).

The Corn Shoyuyaki was pretty good as well.  Grilled corn was seasoned with a sweet soy sauce and a shiso butter.

The Tori Karaage didn't disappoint.  My kids were fighting over the last piece.

Service was good, and I'd definitely return!
