`A`ali`i Ward Village - Now Accepting Appointments

Yesterday media had a chance to preview `A`ali`i, a new building in the master-planned community of Ward Village. Gifted the name by world-renowned designer and cultural storyteller Sig Zane, and kumu and community leader Hinaleimoana Wong-Kalu, the building is named after an indigenous plant that grew in the area, and symbolizes not only the past, but the future of this thriving heart of Honolulu.

`A`ali`i, consisting of tower studios, will offer residents a smarter living solution, with thoughtfully designed spaces that maximize comfort and convenience, such as streamlined storage and intelligent appliances, in each tower studio and 1-and 2-bedroom unit.

Turn-key packages will provide everything needed from the moment your keys are in hand - furniture, stools, flatware, dishes, bath accessories, bedding, and more.

Amenities at A`ali`i include:
  • Lānai 42: Penthouse level for all residents to enjoy. Including a rooftop fitness club and yoga studio, as well as indoor/outdoor sky deck and ocean view event spaces.
  • ‘A‘ali‘i Pool Deck: Swim a few laps, splash around with the kids, and lay out in the sun with a good book and a glass of wine. Kids have plenty of room to cool off, in a safe family friendly setting.
  • The ‘A‘ali‘i App: Connecting you to amenity rentals, event space reservations, concierge services and more.
You can register your interest or schedule an appointment online here to see for yourself what `A`ali`i has to offer.
