Visit Las Vegas: Giada

I dined at the restaurant, Giada, back in 2014 and loved it so I was happy when one of my friend's suggested it for brunch during a Moms' trip to Las Vegas.  We easily made a reservation online for the next day.

Our party of six was seated at a large round table in the dining room.  I loved the natural light, warmth, and chic atmosphere of the restaurant.  Out of habit, I checked in on my Yelp app and found that Giada gives a complimentary "splash of prosecco" when checking in.  Of course I made everyone check in as well and we had a nice toast to start of our brunch.

For brunch, you can either order a la carte or from the tasting menu.  I wanted a little of both sweet and savory so I chose the popular Sunrise Polenta Waffle - pancetta, chives, noble maple syrup, béchamel, and two sunny side eggs.  It was delicious and I enjoyed the texture the polenta added to the waffles.

Our service was excellent from start to finish and we had a wonderful time dining at Giada!  Make sure to stop by the selfie booth before leaving!
