Dessert Fantasy 2017

United Cerebral Palsy Association of Hawaii held its annual "Dessert Fantasy" fundraiser event yesterday at Alohilani Resort (formerly known as Pacific Beach Hotel).  There were a lot of new desserts this year, silent auction items, live entertainment, balloon artists and face painting for the keikis, and even a cook-off challenge that several local high schools participated in.

Here's just some of the many desserts that were on hand yesterday:

Balloons were on sale for $3 donation...

and I was the lucky bidder and went home with this beautiful metal print of Chinaman's Hat by Dave Furumizo (@dfkphotoworks).
