The Cheesecake Factory at Ka Makana Ali`i

I love The Cheesecake Factory.  I love the delicious food, the huge portions, and of course - the cheesecake!  So you can imagine my excitement when news broke that The Cheesecake Factory would be opening up a second location in Kapolei, at the Ka Makana Ali`i shopping center!

I was fortunate to have been invited to a sneak preview / training session prior to the grand opening.

Typhoon Punch

The Typhoon Punch consists of Absolut Raspberry Vodka and Passion Fruit, Pineapple, and Orange Juices.  It's fruity and dangerously yummy!

The Tex Mex Eggrolls were delish!  A tasty combo of spicy chicken, corn, black beans, peppers, onions, and cheese were fried up in eggroll wrappers, and served with avocado cream and salsa.

For my entree, I ordered my go-to - Cajun Chicken "Littles" - and there is nothing little about this dish!

A huge serving of seasoned crispy chicken fingers is served up alongside mashed potatoes and corn succotash.  Even though there are more than 250 signature dishes at The Cheesecake Factory, it's hard for me to stray from this entree!

A Kids' Menu is available for kids 10 and under, and it's quite extensive, with options such as Mac & Cheese, Pizza, Sliders, and more!
Kids' Macaroni and Cheese

And last, but not least, the cheesecake.

I love all things Reese's, so I knew I had to get the Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake.

I've enjoyed this decadent dessert before, and it did not disappoint.  Reese's PB Cups in the Original Cheesecake, combined with layers of fudge cake and caramel - sinfully good!

It's hard to go wrong with any of the more than 50 legendary cheesecakes and other desserts at The Cheesecake Factory!

The Cheesecake Factory will also be serving brunch on Saturdays and Sundays!

I'll definitely be back soon!
