Brunch at Herringbone Waikiki

Those who know me best know how much I love brunch, so I was very excited to have been invited to a sneak preview of Herringbone's new Brunch, which officially debuts on September 15!

Biscuits & Pono Pork Gravy - homemade buttermilk biscuits, black pepper pork gravy and porchetta

Chilaquiles - tortillas, Portuguese sausage and beans, eggs, ranchero sauce, cojita cheese, crema

Herringbone Eggs Benedict - uni hollaindaise, farm eggs, bacon, sweet bread, caviar, and Mari's Garden spinach

East & West Coast Oysters on the Half Shell

Ray Ray Pancakes - shortstack, lilikoi butter, tree sap and seasonal fruits

Garlic Shrimp & Grits

California Burrito - Shaka Moa eggs, carne asada, crispy potato, guacamole, pico de gallo, Naked Cow cheese, crema,

Utilizing locally-sourced products, such as Pono Pork and Shaka Moa eggs, the dishes on Herringbone's new brunch menu were amazing!

Since I'm a lover of all things savory, my fave dish was the Biscuits & Pono Pork Gravy, but I surprisingly loved the Ray Ray Pancakes (named after the Executive Sous Chef).  The mochi pancakes were light and fluffy - simply delightful!

The Garlic Shrimp & Grits garnered rave reviews, and I enjoyed Herringbone's twist on a traditional Eggs Benedict (I especially loved that extra thick piece of bacon!).

Let's not forget the libations! In addition to Bottomless Tropical Mimosas and Endless Pink Power (rosé), a nice variety of beverages, including non-alcoholic creations, are available.
Lilikoi & Lychee Breeze

Lilikoi Mojito
Lychee Martini
Brunch will be served weekly on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. beginning September 15.

Happy brunching!
