Miso Salmon

I had a lot of leftover miso after making Miso Chicken, so I decided to make some Miso Salmon.

I found a recipe online, and although I didn't have a few of the ingredients, I still went ahead with trying it since other reviewers mentioned they did without a few ingredients as well.

It was quick and easy, and everyone in the family, except for my youngest son (who is the pickiest eater), loved it.

Miso Salmon

Ingredients:
  • 2 -3 lbs salmon fillets
  • 1 cup miso paste
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1/8 c water
  • 3 T seasoned rice vinegar
Directions
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients except salmon.
  • Spread mixture over salmon and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Broil for 5 minutes.

You can find the original recipe here on Allrecipes.com.
