Angelo Pietro

I can't believe it's been over a year since I've been to Angelo Pietro!  When @darayoung suggested we meet there for lunch, I was eager to try something new!
Cream Corn Soup

Pork and Eryngii Spicy Cream Sauce

Spinach & Chicken Pasta
I don't eat a lot of pork (unless it's bacon), but I decided to try the Pork and Eryngii Spicy Cream Sauce since it's a Pietro Fave. Pasta, Eryngii mushrooms, onions, and spicy pork were all mixed together in a garlic cream sauce, and topped with fried onions and garlic chips.  All of those ingredients sure sounded delicious, and the taste did not disappoint.  Although I did not think the pork was very spicy, the entire dish was very good.

Dara said the Cream Corn Soup is a must, even on hot and humid days.  I'll have to try that one day!

Service was good, the food was great, and if you go on a Saturday after 11:00am, be prepared for a possible long wait for parking!
