Visit San Francisco: Ghirardelli Square

If you're a chocoholic like I am, a visit to Ghirardelli Square is a must while in San Francisco.

Yes, there are several Ghirardelli Chocolate shops where you can stock up on all sorts of chocolate confections and indulge in some ice cream, but there are also some really cute boutiques, as well as several great restaurants.

Because parking can get pricey at Ghirardelli Square (well, parking is pricey just about everywhere in San Francisco!), we made sure not to exceed two hours there, since parking is $5 with validation for up 2 hours (with a minimum $25 purchase).

We had dinner at The Pub, browsed the shops, then ate an ice cream sundae at the Ghirardelli Chocolate Marketplace.

It was a fun (and delicious!) place to visit while in San Francisco.
