Visit Maui: Da Kitchen Express

On one of our recent trips to Maui, we decided to pick up food from Da Kitchen Express to eat at the airport while waiting for our flight.

Mixed Bento

Bento 3

Da Kitchen Express is known for their Deep Fried Musubis. They are pretty pricey ($6+ each), but one is quite filling. The musubis were tasty, but because we ate them at the airport, they were a little soggy. I'm sure they would've tasted much better eaten hot out of the fryer.

The Bento 3 came with Teri Beef, Breaded Mahi, and Korean Chicken ($12.50), and the Mixed Bento came with Teriyaki Chicken, Chicken Katsu, SPAM, and Teri Beef ($10.50). Everything in the bentos was delicious - I especially liked the Korean Chicken!

Despite how the food was a lot pricier than expected, the food was tasty, and the bentos are great for sharing!
