El Mariachi - Kapolei

If I'm craving Mexican food and I'm in the Kapolei area, El Mariachi is definitely one of my go-to places.

And my go-to order is a Chicken Chimichanga.

We ordered take-out, and by the time I ate my meal was an hour or so later, so the Chimichanga became soggy and looked a little deflated, but it tasted sooooo good! I don't normally eat the entire chimichanga from El Mariachi because it's so huge, but this time I actually devoured the entire thing. The rice and beans were super yummy too!

My husband ordered the Nachos - tortilla chips piled high with cheese, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, guacamole, sour cream, and chicken.

The kids ordered a chicken burrito and quesadilla off of the kids menu.   Kids meals included Spanish rice and refried beans.

Everyone loved their meals!

El Mariachi is a great spot for Mexican food!
