Fresh Ahi Off the Boat

My new favorite place for poke bowls is Fresh Ahi Off the Boat on Keeaumoku. They have a poke bowl called the "Pop Pop Bowl" which consists of shoyu poke with a teriyaki glaze, tempura flakes and nori.

All poke bowls come with a small bowl of miso soup, and you get to choose your rice: white, brown, sushi, or black. I wasn't adventurous enough to try the black rice, but my friend swears by it, so I will probably try it on my next visit.  According to the menu board, it contains the highest amount of antioxidants, proteins and dietary fiber of all rice varieties!

Menu for those who would rather build their own poke bowl
If you don't see any rice bowl on the menu that suits your fancy, you can build your own poke bowl!

Sushi, bentos, udon, salads, and handrolls are also available.
