Potsticker Nachos

I was watching a TV show recently that featured Potsticker Nachos.  Intrigued, I decided to try and make some of my own.

All you do is cook up some potstickers according to package instructions (I used a chicken/veggie variety picked up from the local warehouse club store), and top with typical nacho toppings - sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.  I also drizzled on a chili garlic / mayo / sour cream mixture to add some spice.

I really liked the Potsticker Nachos, although it's hard not to like anything topped with sour cream, bacon, and cheddar.

Next time I'd try and deep fry the potstickers to give an added crunch (reminiscent of tortilla chips).

If you're feeling adventurous, give this a try!
