Chex Party Mix

Sharing one of my favorite holiday treats. I'm sure most of you have either tried it or made it and there are so many ways to make it, but I wanted to share my version of it. It's so yummy!!

Ingredients:
1 lb butter
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 box Rice chex
1 box Corn chex
1 box Honeycomb cereal
1 bag Bugles
1 bag pretzels

You can also add peanuts, cashew, Cheerios or Fritos if you want.

Heat and melt butter, sugar, Worcester sauce and garlic powder. In a large bowl, put the rice chex, corn chex, honeycomb, pretzels and bugles together. Pour the butter mixture over the mixed cereal and mix slowly so the entire bowl is coated with the butter mixture. Pour the party mix onto a shallow pan and bake for 45 minutes at 250 degrees. Stir periodically. Let cool when done.

My kids and I made this for their teachers for Christmas. It will make yummy treats for your family and friends. Happy Holidays!!

  1. Mahalo/sounds ono! So need non-evil snackage. May add nori 1/2 way thru the baking time. Aloha/maka'ala stay safe.
